At Wave Hypnosis we also offer Relaxation Training and Mindfulness Training to individuals, groups, schools and larger businesses.

The relaxed state of mind allows the deeper or higher part of our mind (our "subconscious mind") to be very receptive to new ideas.
In this relaxed state we are more able to learn and to incorporate new ideas and new positive ways of thinking, feeling or being.
Relaxation training helps teach (or remind) us how to achieve this relaxed state. With repetition, the relaxation part of our nervous system (the parasympathetic nervous system) improves it's ability to "switch on" and to help us relax, when it is appropriate and useful for us to do so.
